On 6 July, you’ll be riding on the same roads and in the same conditions as the pros between Nice and the Col de la Couillole (stage 20 of the Tour de France 2024). 138 km, 4600 m of elevation gain and 4 passes await you: Col de Braus, Col de Turini, Col de la Colmiane and Col de la Couillole.
Nothing should be left to chance and one of the most important questions at this stage of your training is: what to eat?
This guide, designed in partnership with Maurten, the event's official supplier, is intended to support you through the final month of training, right up to the big day and after the event, so that you can recover properly.
