A luggage storage service is available to you free of charge to help you find your belongings upon arrival. A luggage tag is provided in your bib envelope—remember to attach it to your bag before handing it over to our organizing team.
We advise you not to put any valuables in your bag.
For drop-off: please arrive from 5:30 AM at 604, avenue Joseph Fontanet in Albertville.
Please note, only the bag from L’Étape du Tour de France is accepted in the luggage storage.
For retrieval: you can collect your bag after receiving your medal and enjoying the refreshment area.
Before you get to your start lock and set off on the 131km route to La Plagne, you can enjoy a free breakfast in the Village. This will give you all the strength you need to brave the 4,500 m of ascent!
L'Étape du Tour de France starts are staggered over 17 start SAS to ensure that all participants enjoy a smooth and safe race.
- You should have received your SAS number in advance
- Volunteers and signage will be on hand to help you.
Please respect the SAS start area that has been allocated to you for reasons of sporting logic, fluidity and safety on the course.
- Your handlebar number will be checked at the entrance to allow you access to your allocated SAS.
