THE BEST CLIMBER CHALLENGE
TIMING
As every year, you will be detected on the starting line as well as on the sports finish line in Nice.
The overall ranking and your average speed will be calculated between these two points.
The ascent of the principal climbs of the route will be timed and will give rise to an additional scratch classification called "Challenge du meilleur grimpeur". The first three in the scratch classification will be offered a polka dot jersey.
